Whoa! This is fantastic!! I'd love to hear more about #'s 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I'm very emotional and just starting to embrace this part of myself, but I have no idea how to think clearly about any of it. Thanks for much for writing!

Well done, but speaking of repeating... I've done over 200 podcasts about Tov (factoring in some on Pivot). Repetition becomes us!

I like #3 emotion and thinking are not opposites. Used to believe they were opposites, and that thinking was superior. Have learned and continue learning the value of emotions.

It’s funny just this morning in therapy I was sharing how as I’ve matured and aged I’ve realized that my sensitivity is my superpower. I’ve learned to embrace the positives after so many years, a lifetime really of feeling like it was my downfall. And I’m learning this- “Emotional health is not the absence of emotion - it is the ability to regulate and process emotions.”
